Nurse checking an elderly patient’s blood pressure during a home visit

CallDoc

Healthcare that arrives—structured, supervised, and private.

Book doorstep visits or video checkups with approved clinicians, guided by a transparent medical protocol engine your family can trust.

Healthcare industry reality

The ecosystem is busy. Care is still fragmented.

Patients wait in traffic for ten-minute consults. Families juggle elderly parents without a shared record. Clinics lose continuity between visits. Quality varies because protocols live in paper—or in someone’s memory.

  • Patients & caregiversHard to find trusted home care, unclear what happens during a visit, missed medicine doses, and no privacy control when records bounce between providers.
  • Clinicians & nursing teamsDispatch chaos, uneven documentation, and pressure to finish visits without a shared clinical pathway—especially across GP, nursing, physio, psych, and nutrition.
  • Health systems & operatorsLimited visibility into adherence, referral leakage, weak feedback loops, and rising distrust when care feels improvised instead of accountable.

Persona journeys

Built for every role in the care journey.

CallDoc is not a single inbox with a stethoscope icon. It is role-aware: patients book and manage family care; providers run protocol visits; supervisors strengthen trust; the ecosystem stays measurable.

Patients & families

Book a home visit or video checkup, track status in real time, store prescriptions and invoices, and manage dependents under one account.

Home → specialty browse → book → pay if video → visit or call → records

Providers

Go online, accept nearby requests or scheduled slots, run the discipline protocol, prescribe with auto schedules, and finish with a clear invoice.

Dashboard → accept → travel / call → protocol wizard → finalize

Supervisors

Review completed visits for protocol adherence, flag rework, and handle patient escalations with consent—so quality is not a slogan.

Review queue → adherence diff → approve / flag → escalate privately

See the supervisor page →

Operators & admins

Approve clinicians, tune pricing and packages, edit protocol versions without redeploying the app, and clear incomplete-appointment locks with an audit trail.

Approvals → catalogs → protocols → marketing & ops

Institutions

Hospitals, clinics, labs, imaging centres, pharmacies, blood banks, ambulance services and rehab centres register once and run what they actually do — bookings, test orders, prescriptions, blood requests or dispatch.

Register → get verified → sign in to the portal → go live

Medical protocol engine

Transparent clinical pathways—not black-box visits.

Every CallDoc visit is driven by a versioned protocol: vitals, complaints, focused exam, scales, nursing checklists, physio flags, nutrition calculators—auto-saved step by step with an audit trail.

  • Admin-editable drafts activate without rewriting the mobile app.
  • Answers project into typed clinical tables—prescriptions, ROM, PHQ-9, diet plans.
  • Patients see the outcome; supervisors see whether the pathway was followed.

Why this matters

Improvised care creates risk. CallDoc makes the expected clinical journey visible—so families know what “good” looks like, and clinicians are supported, not micromanaged by guesswork.

Trust architecture

Review systems that make quality visible.

Trust is not a five-star average alone. CallDoc pairs patient feedback with supervisor protocol reviews and consent-based escalations.

Supervisor review

Senior clinicians compare protocol steps against what was logged—mandatory gaps are called out before a visit is waved through.

Patient escalation

After a visit, patients can request a senior review. CallDoc explains exactly what the supervisor will see and requires an explicit consent tick.

Approved providers only

Documented registrations, admin approval, service radii, and incomplete-appointment safeguards keep the marketplace accountable.

Patient lifestyle and recovery support with guided plans

Adherence that continues after the door closes

Automatic medicine schedules & reminder notifications.

When a prescription includes duration and frequency, CallDoc builds the dose calendar for you—then nudges with reminders so “taken / missed” becomes part of the health record, not a sticky note.

  • Generated from the clinician’s prescription—not retyped by the patient.
  • In-app notifications keep the household aligned on who took what, when.
  • Pairs with exercises and diet plans so recovery is a programme, not a PDF.

Family management

One household. Many people who need care.

Book for yourself or a dependent. Capture relation, age, blood group, allergies, and conditions so the clinician arrives informed—and the visit record lands under the right person.

  • Ideal for parents, children, and caregivers coordinating elderly care.
  • Providers see a clear banner: who is being treated, and key clinical context.

Patient privacy control

Doorstep ease without surrendering your records.

Convenience is worthless if privacy is an afterthought. CallDoc gives patients a control centre for document uploads, provider access requests, per-document shares, and instant revocation—plus a consent ledger of what was agreed.

Consent-first sharing

Providers request access; you approve, decline, or revoke. No silent “any past doctor can read everything.”

Scoped referrals

Receiving clinicians see the hand-over they need—not your entire history by default.

Private supervisor threads

Escalations stay between patient and supervisor. Treating providers cannot eavesdrop.

Assisted treatment workflows

From nursing services to rehab and nutrition.

CallDoc covers the care continuum that actually happens at home—structured, not improvised.

General physician

Vitals, complaints, focused exam, diagnosis, prescription, referral—protocol complete before the visit closes. See the doctor page →

Nursing staff services

Service pickers, checklists, wound tools, consumables capture—so nursing work is clinical and billable with clarity. See the nursing page →

Physiotherapy & exercises

Region flags, ROM, special tests, and home exercise programmes patients can tick off day by day. See the physiotherapy page →

Psychology

PHQ-9 / GAD-7 with risk detection, session notes, and safety pathways when the moment demands it. See the psychology page →

Food & nutrition

Anthropometry, requirement calculators, and diet plans that turn advice into a weekly schedule. See the nutrition page →

Video + home

Same clinical finish line whether the clinician arrives at the door or meets you on a CallDoc video checkup.

Beyond the appointment

Tests, medicines, blood and ambulances — from listed institutions.

The institutions on CallDoc do not just take bookings. Order the tests and scans your doctor prescribed, send a prescription to a pharmacy, check which blood banks hold your group, or request an ambulance — and follow every request from one place.

Lab tests

Order the tests your doctor prescribed from a listed laboratory, choose a lab visit or home sample collection, and get the report in your records.

Scans & imaging

X-ray, ultrasound, CT or MRI from an imaging centre near you. The report arrives in your CallDoc records and your doctor can see it.

Pharmacies

Send a prescription to a pharmacy, review its quote before you commit, then collect or have the medicines delivered.

Blood banks

See which blood banks hold your group right now and send a request. They reserve the units for you and tell you when to collect.

Ambulance

Request a vehicle with a pickup pin and destination. When it is dispatched you see the driver, vehicle number and arrival estimate.

Hospitals & clinics

Book an in-clinic visit with a practitioner at a hospital, clinic or rehabilitation centre — alongside home visits and video checkups.

How payment works: for lab, imaging, pharmacy, blood and ambulance requests you pay the institution directly, in cash — CallDoc does not collect it, and you see the price or quote first. In a life-threatening emergency call 1122. CallDoc is not an emergency service.

For the health ecosystem

Continuity that compounds.

Referrals that notify the patient, packages that stretch multi-visit plans, promos clinicians can share, and operational controls that keep supply quality high—CallDoc is infrastructure for care, not just a booking button.

FAQ

Straight answers for patients and partners.

Is CallDoc only telemedicine?

No. CallDoc is built first for home visits — dispatching approved providers to the patient — with video checkups as a first-class mode when that fits the clinical need. It also connects patients with hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, blood banks and ambulance services.

What makes the protocol engine different?

Visits are not free-text chaos. Each discipline runs a versioned pathway with mandatory steps, conditional branches, and projections into structured clinical data supervisors can review.

How do medicine reminders work?

Prescriptions with frequency and duration generate a dose schedule automatically. Patients get reminder notifications and can mark doses taken or missed.

Can I manage care for my parents or children?

Yes. Family and dependent profiles let you book on someone else’s behalf while keeping allergies, conditions, and identity clear for the treating clinician.

Who controls my medical documents?

You do. Upload reports, grant or revoke provider access, share specific documents, and rely on a consent ledger that records what you agreed to.

Which kinds of institutions can join CallDoc?

Hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty centres, diagnostic laboratories, radiology and imaging centres, pharmacies, blood banks, ambulance services and rehabilitation centres. Each registers on the institutions page, is reviewed by CallDoc before it is listed, and then gets the tools that fit what it does.

Can I order lab tests, scans or medicines through CallDoc?

Yes. Open a prescription from a completed visit and choose “Order lab tests”, “Order scans” or “Order medicines”, or browse the listed laboratories, imaging centres and pharmacies directly. You can follow each order’s status, and lab and imaging reports arrive in your own records.

How do I pay a lab, pharmacy, blood bank or ambulance service?

Directly to the institution, in cash. CallDoc does not collect these payments. You see the prices first: lab and scan prices are in the institution’s catalogue, a pharmacy sends a quote you accept before anything is prepared, a blood bank shows its processing fee per unit, and an ambulance service shows its base and per-kilometre fare.

Is CallDoc an emergency service?

No. In a life-threatening emergency call 1122 immediately. Blood and ambulance requests on CallDoc go to independent institutions that confirm them, and CallDoc cannot guarantee a response time.

Are my lab and scan reports private?

Yes. A released report is placed in your own CallDoc records. The practitioner who ordered the test can see it; anyone else only sees it if you share it, and you can revoke access at any time.

How does a hospital, clinic, lab or pharmacy register?

Choose your institution type on the institutions page, fill in the short registration form and upload the documents that type requires. You receive a tracking code to follow the review. Once approved, CallDoc emails your first administrator an invite to the institution portal.

Where do registered institutions sign in?

At the CallDoc institution portal. Approved institutions receive an email invite and choose their own password on first sign-in; the portal then shows only the tools for the services the institution runs.
